Counseling

EduHELP offers counseling in preparation for the college admissions process.

From deciding on which institutions to consider, putting together and submitting an effective application (including navigating through the Common Application), outlining options for how one pays for the education, and filing for financial aid (including FAFSA), EduHELP® can provide assistance so that families are making the most informed decision possible throughout the cycle and doing so within deadlines. In today’s competitive educational landscape, everyone can stand to benefit from some support.

The college search process begins earlier than you think.  The courses you take during high school, the extra-curricular activities you are involved in during high school, and your volunteerism, community service, and work outside of school are an important part of who you are.

The United States military provides for robust educational benefits (eg: post-9/11, Yellow Ribbon) for military veterans and their eligible family members (use this tool to review the variety of programs.) We’ll help you to identify the best colleges/programs to meet the educational goals you are seeking.

It is very important to carefully consider what it is you are looking for in a college and the college experience.  We'll ask you the questions you need to answer so that you can narrow down your search from the over 2400 colleges/universities nationwide.

Your application is the first opportunity to introduce yourself to a college admissions officer.  Colleges receive thousands of applications each year and you want yours to standout. We’ll work with you, step-by-step, to make sure that your application is complete, well-written, and helps you to make a great first impression.
